|Instant coffee mix||3 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Mascarpone cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar coated biscuits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine 2 packages of mascarpone cheese with a can of condensed milk in a bowl.
In another bowl take a tablespoon instant coffee and add boiling water to it.
When cooled, moist sugar coated biscuits one by one, dipping in the coffee mix.
In an overproof dish, spread a layer of these moist sugar biscuits, followed by a layer of cream. Make another layer in the same way.
Finally, sprinkle the dish with a fine chocolate powder topping and refrigerated for 45 min.
