How To Make A Pizza - Easy Pizza

Professional chef and author, Cricket Azima for the Betty Crocker kitchens shares her secrets on how to make an Extra-Easy Pizza with your family. This great recipe starts with a light flakey crust and ends with customized toppings so that everyone has their favorite combo. Bon Appétit!
Ingredients
For extra easy pizza
  Bisquick mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (original)
  Hot water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pizza sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Pepperoni 3 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced (1 package)
  Fresh mushroom 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Mozarella cheese 6 Ounce, shredded
  Cooking spray 1 Dash
For stuffed crust pizza
  Bisquick mix 3 Cup (48 tbs) (original)
  Hot water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pepperoni 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  String cheese stick 4 , cut in half lengthwise (Colby-Monterey Jack string cheese)
  Italian cheese blend 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Fresh mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, sliced (1 can)
Directions

For The Extra Easy Pizza
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

MAKING
3. In a bowl add bisquick mix and hot water. Stir around 20 times to mix into dough. Do not over mix.
4. Take the greased pizza pan and press the pizza dough over it evenly.
5. Spread the pizza sauce on it and top with the remaining ingredients with cheese being the last one.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for around 15 minutes or till the crust turns golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing it to serve.

For The Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

MAKING
3. In a bowl add bisquick mix, hot water and oil. Stir with a fork vigourously for around 20 times or till it forms soft dough. Let it stand for around 10 minutes.
4. On the greased pizza pan, press the dough evenly. Place the pepperoni along the edges. Put the string cheese over the pepperoni or overlapping it. Fold the pizza dough from the edge covering the pepperoni and cheese. Press to seal it. Bake for around 7 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce. Sprinkle 1 cup Italian cheese and spread the remaining ½ cup pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper and olives. Finish with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
6. Bake for around 12 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing to serve.

SERVING
In a serving plate serve the pizza slices hot.
