Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a screw-top jar, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Shake the mixture well.
3. Refrigerate.

SERVING
5. Shake again before adding over a salad to serve.
