Rosy Italian Dressing
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Mixed italian herbs||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1 In a small saucepan, add tomato juice, cornstarch, and onion salt.
2 Cook ,stirring, over moderate heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
3 Cook until slightly thickened.
4 Remove from the heat.
5 Allow to cool.
6 Pour into a small jar.
7 Add in the remaining ingredients.
8 Cover and shake well.
9 Shake again just before using and serve as desired.
