Sicilian Beef Dinner

Ingredients
  Beef rolled rump roast 4 Pound (1 no.)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano leaf 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Basil leaf 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Instant minced garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned italian tomatoes 2 Pound
  Shell macaroni 8 Ounce (1 pack)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into an oven, roast the beef in vegetable oil
2) Tip in the onion, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, garlic, pepper, tomatoes and about 1/2 cup of water
3) Roast the beef till tender and cooked through
4) If using a kettle, simmer for about 2 3/4 hours till tender, turning the meat several times
5) Drain and keep aside
6) Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water following the packet instructions and drain

SERVING
7) Slice the meat into 1/4 inch thickness with the macaroni shells arranged all around in a platter
8) Garnish with a crispy watercress and some remaining sauce
