Homemade Yeast Free Veg Pizza

Check out this home made pizza recipe with home made pizza sauce. Its always a great satisfaction when you cook something on your own and that too with saving some extra bucks in your pocket.
  Maida/All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Juice of lemon 1 Tablespoon
  Ripe tomatoes 7
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
  Parsely 1 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 4

For Dough
Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in to a deep bowl. Add olive oil, mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well with dry ingredients.
Add water and start to knead the dough to make it very loose and elastic.
Add lemon juice, mix well with dough.
Cover and leave it to rest at any dark warm place for 4 hours.

For pizza
Apply some dry flour on dough and make again knead it to make it smooth and easy to use.
Take ball from it and roll in to about 10" round.
Bake on 500 degree fahrenheit for 6 to 7 mts.
Apply pizza sauce, add toppings of your choice and again bake on 350 degree fahrenheit for 15 mts on pizza tray and last 5 mts on over rack on direct heat.
