This Artichoke Antipasto is simply lovely for anyone to like it. Here's a simple recipe for Artichoke Antipasto, if you would like to give it a try!
Ingredients
  Artichokes 3
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Processed bleu cheese spread 10 Ounce
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocktail frankfurters 3
  Pineapple spears 4
  Pimiento stuffed olives 2
  Carrot curls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scallions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into wedges
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Chill artichokes.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream, and Bleu cheese spread; blend well.
Chill.
Fill artichokes with Bleu cheese dip and arrange in center of large serving platter.
Arrange remaining ingredients as desired around artichokes.
