Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 225 Gram
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 4
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Vanilla essence To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Put sugar in water and stir it on gentle heat until dissolved.
2.Quickly let the mixture thicken to form a hard ball without stirring.
3.Turn off the flame.
4.Take the egg whites and whisk them until foamy.
5.Add hot sugar syrup at one go and stir continuously.
6.Once the mixture is firm, add vanilla essence.
7.Refrigerate.

SERVING
8.Use as desired.
