1. In a saucepan, boil water and add in the salt and spaghetti. Cook for 10 minutes.
2. In a shallow pan, heat butter and add in the bacon, garlic and shallot. Cook until golden brown.
3. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, single cream, parmesan and black pepper. Set aside.
4. Drain the spaghetti and place back onto the sauce pan.
5. Pour in the egg mixture and bacon mixture and quickly stir the spaghetti.
6. Garnish the spaghetti with Parmesan and black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
