A quick side dish that is good with a lot of different meals.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
1 , chopped
1 Cup (16 tbs)
14 1⁄2 Ounce
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), freshly grated
Freshly ground black pepper
1. In a pot heat olive oil on high flame, add onion and garlic, saute for few minutes until they turn soft.
2. Add in the orzo, stir to mix. Add chicken broth, allow to boil. Reduce the flame, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
3. Remove from fire, add Parmesan, salt and pepper, mix well.
