Classic Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 3 Large, boneless, skinless
  Pasta 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Italian cheese blend 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs) (Optional)
  Nutmeg 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Half and half 16 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, put the pasta for boiling with enough water.
2 In a frying pan, place the chicken breast and drizzle with some olive oil.
3 Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
4 Pour in the white wine and cook the chicken until golden brown.
5 Transfer the chicken to a plate.
6 In the same pan, add the butter and flour, stirring constantly.
7 Gradually pour in the half and half to prepare the bechamel sauce.
8 Add some garlic, salt pepper and cheese, stir well.
9 Gently cook the sauce and allow to thicken.
10 Once the sauce is thick, add the boiled pasta.
11 Cut the cooked chicken in to bite pieces and add to the sauce.
12 Mix to coat well.

SERVING
13 Serve hot.
