Bologna Baskets

Ingredients
Bologna - 6 or 8 slices
Shortening - 2 tablespoons
German-style potato salad - 1 (16-ounce) can
Paprika - as needed
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat shortening and stack together 2 slices of bologna; heat until slices forms cups.
2. In a saucepan, heat potato salad.

FINALISING
3. Into each Bologna cups, spoon potato salad.
4. Season with paprika.

SERVING
5. Serve Bologna Baskets alone or use for garnishing.
