Italian Dressing

Ingredients
Salad oil - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 1 clove, minced
Salt - 1 teaspoon
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Celery salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
Bottled hot pepper sauce - dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a screw-top jar, put together all ingredients; seal jar and shake vigorously to blend.

FINALISING
2. Refrigerate dressing until thoroughly chilled.

SERVING
3. Shake and pour little over vegetable salad; toss and serve.
