Classic Homemade Italian Dressing

Italian dressing is definitely very popular. I know you can easily purchase it at the store but nothing beats homemade. This dressing will last for two months in your fridge.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 1⁄8 Teaspoon, powdered
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Oregano 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Celery powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Black peppercorn 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a jar, mix a cup of olive oil with three quarters cups of apple cider vinegar.
2. Add 1 ½ tablespoon water to the mixture.
3. Follow it up with sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ground celery, chives, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix well.
SERVING
4. Add it to your crunchy green salad and enjoy.
