|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Quick tomato meat sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Romano cheese||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a saucepan, boil water, add rotini pasta, cook for 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
