Simple Gnocchi With Pesto
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
Fill 2 quart sauce pan or pot half full with water and add salt. Bring water to a boil.
When water starts to boil, add gnocchi and cook for about 3 minutes.
When gnocchi start to float to the surface, they are cooked.
Drain gnocchi into a colander, then pour into a serving bowl and toss with pesto. Be generous. Use about 3-4 tablespoons of pesto.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
