Ingredients
  Italian green beans 9 Ounce, cooked (1 package)
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled, cooked, chilled, and quartered
  Vinaigrette sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Basic)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Minced pimiento stuffed olives 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a salad bowl, cover the base with greens.
2) Place the beans, tomatoes, and potatoes over the greens.
3) Dress the salad with the vinaigrette sauce.

SERVINGS
4) Garnish with capers and olives and serve.
