Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
|Portobello mushrooms||500 Gram|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Squash||2 (Yellow And Green)|
Clean the mushrooms and marinate them in olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Toss it well and rest it.
Cut the yellow and green squash lengthwise and leaving the seeds away. Marinate them with mushrooms.
Place the squashes and mushrooms on the grill on medium heat. Once they are done put some smoked cheese over it and close the barbecue lid and allow the cheese to melt.
Serve the Two Black snack.
