Italian Pizza Sauce
|Canned tomatoes||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Basil leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Rosemary leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Pepper red||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon, coarsely ground|
1) Press the tomatoes along with the juice, through a sieve.
2) In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes with rest of the ingredients.
3) Cook over a medium heat, until mixture is reduced to 1/2 the original volume, stirring occasionally.
4) Use the 2 cups Italian Pizza Sauce as required.
