Ligurian Basil Pesto Part 2 - Making

Ingredients
  Basil leaves 50 Gram, stalks removed
  Pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put basil, garlic, salt, cheese & olive oil to a blender.
Blend well.
Add pine nuts to the blender.
Blend again.
Pour in a bowl.
Serve pesto with your favorite pasta.
