Ingredients
  Lump sugar 8 Ounce
  Water 7 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 4
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add sugar and water and place on gentle heat till sugar dissolves.
2) Cook to 260°F without stirring.
3) In a bowl, whip egg whites till stiff.
4) While briskly whisking, slowly add in the sugar syrup.
5) Continue whisking till all the sugar is dissolved,

SERVING
6) Use as a topping or filling for cakes instead of cream.
