Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 Small, seeded and cut into dice
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Peeled tomatoes 14 Ounce (1 Ounce, 397 Gram)
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Castor sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

1. Place the oil in a saucepan with the onion and cook for 5 minutes without browning.
2. Add the pepper, garlic, tomatoes and wine.
3. Cover and boil for 15 minutes; remove lid and continue boiling fairly briskly for 15 minutes to reduce to a thick pulp.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Serve with aubergines or pasta.
