|Veal round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Small, cut into wedges|
1 Place veal strips, butter, mushrooms, onion, garlic and salt in 10-inch glass ceramic skillet.
2 Microwave for 10 to 12 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH). Combine remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in small bowl until smooth; stir into veal mixture. Add tomatoes. Cover with glass lid or wax paper.
3 Microwave for 15 to 20 minutes on 5 (MEDIUM), or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. 4 to 5 Servings
