  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Ground hamburg 1 Pound
  Italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh Ones)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Italian bread loaf 1⁄2
  Broth/Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ham slices 2 , diced (Italian Style)
  Salami slice 4 , diced
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), chopped
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon

Saute first three ingredients until brown.
Add salt and pepper.
Let stand.
Soak bread in 1/4 cup broth or warm water until soft, then squeeze thoroughly.
Add bread and rest of ingredients to meat mixture.
Mix thoroughly with your hands until it resembles dog food.
Stuff turkey and bake.
