|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Chop fine onion, celery and green chillies.
Melt butter, fry onions, celery and chillies lightly.
Add the flour and fry.
Lower flame and add warm milk, stir and cook into a smooth sauce.
Add chopped, hard-boiled eggs and stir in raw egg, beaten, and cook 2-3 mins on gentle heat.
Remove from heat and serve at once with hot toast.
