Broccoli With Linguine

|Chopped mushroom||3 Ounce|

|Broccoli||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|

|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Trim broccoli and cut into 1 -inch pieces.
2)In a saucepan, heat oil and cook garlic and on moderate heat.
3)Add 1 quart water, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
4)Add broccoli to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
5)Then, add linguine and mushrooms with liquid and cook until barely tender and liquid is absorbed.
6)Sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
