Italian Sausage Sandwiches
|Italian pork sausage||1 Pound, sweet (Sweet)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into strip for about 1 cup|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings for about 1/2 cup|
|Spaghetti sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Italian Style)|
|Hard rolls||4 , split lengthwise (Each About 6 Inches Long)|
In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, green pepper and onion until sausage is browned and no longer pink, stirring to separate meat.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon mixture into rolls.
