Pesto Tomato Toast

Ingredients
  French bread slice 6 (1 Inch Thick)
  Pesto 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Small, seeded and chopped for 1/2 cup
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each slice with scant tablespoon of pesto. Top each with tomato; sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 8 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
