Linguine A La Greque
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (2 Cups, 1 Package)|
|Drained cooked chickpeas||8 Ounce|
|Golden raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Linguine||6 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
1. In medium saucepan, cook spinach, following package directions. Add chickpeas and raisins; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
2. In large bowl, combine spinach mixture with pasta; sprinkle with salt and red pepper. Drizzle with oil; toss to combine.
