|Rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked|
|Salt and pepper||1|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
Cut tops off tomatoes.
Scoop out pulp and strain.
Mix pulp with rice, salt, pepper, basil and oil.
Divide into 6 parts and stuff tomatoes with this mixture.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Place in well-oiled baking dish and bake in moderate (350°) oven 1 hour.
