Venetian Calf Liver

Ingredients
  Calf liver 1 Pound (500 gram)
  Butter 50 Milliliter (3 tablespoon)
  Thinly sliced onions 500 Milliliter (2 cups)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White wine/Madeira / lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut the liver in thin strips.
2.Preheat the browning dish.

MAKING
3.Heat butter in the pre heated browning dish.
4.Once the butter melts, put onions in it and cook for 3 minutes at HIGH.
5.Season with salt and pepper.
6.Put the liver strips and cook by stirring for 2 minutes at HIGH.
7.Stir in white wine or Madeira or lemon juice along with parsley and heat the dish for 1 minute at HIGH.
8.Mix well.

SERVING
9.Serve warm.
