Venetian Calf Liver
|Calf liver||1 Pound (500 gram)|
|Butter||50 Milliliter (3 tablespoon)|
|Thinly sliced onions||500 Milliliter (2 cups)|
|White wine/Madeira / lemon juice||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
1.Cut the liver in thin strips.
2.Preheat the browning dish.
3.Heat butter in the pre heated browning dish.
4.Once the butter melts, put onions in it and cook for 3 minutes at HIGH.
5.Season with salt and pepper.
6.Put the liver strips and cook by stirring for 2 minutes at HIGH.
7.Stir in white wine or Madeira or lemon juice along with parsley and heat the dish for 1 minute at HIGH.
