Pasta All'Amatriciana

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄4 , diced
  Guanciale 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pasta water 4 Ounce
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pecorino romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked pasta 200 Gram
For garnishing
  Pecorino romano cheese 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heated skillet, add olive oil and then the guanciale, cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add pasta water and cook for few seconds. Add tomato puree and pecorino romano, cook for another few minutes.
3. Pour in the pasta, toss and cook for 2 minutes.

SERVING
4. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with cheese and serve.
