Italian Rubbed Sea Bass Fillets
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon, coarsely ground|
|Sea bass fillets||24 Ounce (4 Fillets Of 6 Ounce Each)|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 In a small plastic bag, add chilli powder, paprika, garlic, cilantro, pepper and salt.
3 Mix well and transfer to a plate.
4 Place the fillets on the plate one at a time and press so that the fillet absorbs the spices properly.
5 Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes.
6 Serve immediately.
