Spinach Bacon Pesto

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs), firmly packed
  Packed spinach leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs), trimmed, thoroughly washed, and drained
  Walnuts 1 Ounce, shelled
  Shelled walnuts 1 Ounce
  Bacon slices 4
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon, squeezed
  Olive oil 2 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Small Clove)
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 4 Ounce, grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In the work bowl of food processor, add all ingredients except cheese.
2) Process the ingredients to a smooth mixture. Scrape down the sides whenever necessary.
3) In a bowl, transfer the mixture.
4) Add cheese and stir in.
5) Place inside refrigerator by covering with plastic wrap until it is time to serve.

SERVING
6) Bring the pesto to a room temperature, while serving.
