Nectarine and Gorgonzola Bruschetta
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Baguette||12 , cut diagonally|
|Gorgonzola cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
1.Peel the nectarines and pit them.
2.Chop the nectarines.
3. In a bowl, put in the chopped nectarines and add the lemon juice.
4.Toss and keep aside.
5.Preheat broiler or griller or star a fire in the grill.
6.Place baguette slices on broiler pan at a distance of 3 inches from heat source.
7.Toast as desired for about 5 mintues.
8.Smeat toast with cheese.
9. Top with a nectarine layer and serve warm.
