|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Season the steak and brown the steak on both sides in a heavy skillet in the fat. Remove steak and set aside to cool.
2. To the same pan, add the mushrooms, onions and green pepper to fat and cook 5 minutes.
3. Blend in remaining ingredients and add the steak and cover tightly. Simmer about 1 hour, or until steak is tender.
4. Serve hot with a fresh salad
