Portobello Mushroom Burgers
|Portabella mushrooms||4 , cleaned and stems removed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced|
|Italian seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Kaiser rolls||4 , split|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
1 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 With the underside facing up, place the mushrooms on the grill.
3 Pour oil and vinegar over each mushroom.
4 Sprinkle with the garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper.
5 Grill for 5-6 minutes or until soft.
6 Arrange in Kaiser rolls and serve along with sliced onion, lowfat Mozzarella cheese, tomato, etc.as condiments.
