Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Italian cooking sauce 16 Ounce (1 Jar, 2 Cups)
  Chianti 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili beans with gravy 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Spaghetti 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken in 1 inch pieces
  Pepperoni 2 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon (Cooked Or Canned)
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Garnish)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a deep 3-quart casserole with lid, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper.
2 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; stir after 2 minutes.
3 Drain off the fat.
4 Chop tomatoes, reserving juice.
5 Stir in cooking sauce, chopped tomatoes with juice, wine, beans with gravy, spaghetti, pepperoni and basil. Cover.
6 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 10 minutes or until boiling. Stir well. Cover.
7 Microwave at 30% (MEDIUM LOW) for 35 minutes or until spaghetti is tender; stir twice.

SERVING
8 Top each serving with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
