Slow Cooker Minestrone

Ingredients
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Stewing meat pieces 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into bite-sized pieces
  Stewing meat 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Carrots 4
  Carrots 4 , diced
  Tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Canned tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetables 10 Ounce (Packing, Frozen Mixed Or Your Choice Of Frozen Vegetables)
  Dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry vermicelli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vermicelli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (3 Inch)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon, dried
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In slow cooker stir all ingredients except cheese well and cook with cover on Low for 10-12 hours or on High 4-5 hours.

SERVING
2. To serve, using Parmesan cheese top individual servings.
