|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In a saucepan, boil cauliflower with salted water until tender and drain.
2)Take a casserole and put cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese and oil.
3)Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
4)Then, top with breadcrumbs and bake uncovered until crumbs are browned.
5)Serve the Italian cauliflower hot.
