Easy Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6
  Italian bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Pizza sauce 14 Ounce (Jar)
  Mozzarella cheese slice 6
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl beat egg with salt and pepper.
2) Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture and then roll over breadcrumbs.
3) In a skillet, heat butter and saute chicken pieces until brown.
4) In a slow cooker, arrange the chicken pieces, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
6) Cover and cook for 15 minutes further.

SERVING
7) Check seasoning and serve.
