Reduced Fat Italian Dressing

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced to make about 2 teaspoons (Or To Taste)
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth/Canned reduced-sodium chicken broth 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add the first five ingredients.
2) Whisk thoroughly to mix well.
3) Add oil and the chicken broth. Whisk again

SERVING
4) Use the dressing for any salad of your choice.
