|Water||6 1⁄2 Cup (104 tbs)|
|Imported polenta/Coarse yellow cornmeal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a large heavy pot, bring water and add salt.
2. When the water starts boiling rapidly, gradually add polenta with constant stirring.
3. Reduce the heat to medium.
4. Stir constantly and cook for 30-40 minutes until the polenta is thick and soft.
5. Add butter and stir to mix.
6. Serve immediately or mold for later use.
