Frank's Italian Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 450 Gram
  Sour cream 450 Gram
  Ricotta cheese 450 Gram
  Eggs 4
  Butter 110 Gram, melted
  All purpose flour 45 Milliliter
  Flour 45 Milliliter (All Purpose)
  Corn starch 45 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 375 Milliliter
  Sugar 375 Milliliter (Granulated)
  Vanilla extract 15 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 325 degree.

MAKING
2) Line the bottom of a spring form pan with foil and grease with butter.
3) In a large bowl, stir cheese with sour cream and beat until creamy.
4) Beat in eggs and then stir in melted butter.
5) Mix all the dry ingredients together and then fold in the cheese mixture along with vanilla and lemon juice.
6) Bake for 1-1/2 hours and then turn off the oven and keep the cake in until set.

SERVING
7) Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve chilled.
