Bruschetta Pita Wedges

Ingredients
  7 inch whole wheat pita bread rounds 2 (Of 7 Inch Size)
  Fat free italian dressing/Fat-free balsamic vinaigrette 1 Tablespoon
  Fat free balsamic vinaigrette/Fat free italian dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil leaves/1 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Roma plum tomatoes 2 Large, seeded, chopped to make 1 cup
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Fat free plain hummus 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 4000F
2. Prepare a large baking sheet and spread out the pita breads on them
3. Bake this for 6-8 minutes until slightly crisp

MAKING
4. In a large bowl, place the vinaigrette, basil, tomatoes and garlic.
5. Mix well till all the ingredients are coated
6. On each pita bread, spread half the hummus.
7. Spread the tomato mixture on top of the hummus
8. Sprinkle the cheeses on top of each pizza crust
9. Bake for 608 minutes or till the tomato cheese mixture is soft and bubbling

FINALIZING
10. Cut each pizza into 6 wedges

SERVING
11. Serve hot immediately
