Slow Cooked Italian Beef

Ingredients
  Beef roast 4 Pound
  Dry italian dressing mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put the roast and sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix all over. Pour the beer over the roast.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours, or over high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
3) Once the beef is cooked, shread it.

SERVING
4) Serve hot with the juice on a crusty roll.
