Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium, peeled, thinly sliced
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled, minced
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked spaghetti/Butter sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place the onion slices.
2) Then place the chicken pieces, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, herbs and wine.
3) Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve the chicken with its sauce over cooked spaghetti on individual serving plates.
