|Onions||2 Medium, peeled, thinly sliced|
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut up|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), peeled, minced|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Crushed oregano||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked spaghetti/Butter sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, place the onion slices.
2) Then place the chicken pieces, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, herbs and wine.
3) Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
4) Serve the chicken with its sauce over cooked spaghetti on individual serving plates.
