Artichoke And Apple Italian Dressing

Ingredients
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen apple juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Pinch
  Canned artichoke hearts 2 , rinsed and drained (Packed In Water, About 1/2 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth.
2) Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow chilling.

SERVING
3) Use as required.

TIPS
Store any remaining dressing in refrigerator in a covered container for future use.
