|Organic crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Your Choice)|
|Tomato||1 Large, rinsed and cubed|
|Green onions||2 , cut into small pieces|
|Fresh basil||1 Pinch|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Organic shredded cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
1.Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Place approximately 20 crackers on a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
2.Mix together all other ingredients to make the brushetta preparation (except the cheese).
3.Top each cracker with tomato mixture and organic and parmesan cheese.
4.Bake in oven for approximately 5 minutes. You may broil it for 2 minutes if you wish.
