Linguini Caruso

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spaghetti sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Purist Style)
Directions

Slice livers thinly while half frozen.
Saute onion in oil til softened.
Add livers and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
While still pink, add spaghetti sauce and simmer till done.
Serve over linguine.
